VERY dangerously POOR, no online DETAILS, QUOTE,TERMS & CONDITIONS, NO PAPERWORK , NO INSURANCE POLICY, premium rate phone charges £4 per hour minimum no 2 week money back. This has changed since June 2008. untill then it was the best. I think the company has a problem. YES I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE INSURANCE I HAVE TAKEN OUT.
