Bibby Factors

biggest mistake we've ever made using bibby factors. i now work twice as hard trying to collect the debts in they are suppose to be collecting. Their communication is laughable, they are ridiculously poor at collecting debt yet still charge us ever increasing fee's to do it. If i could take legal action against them i would however their contracts seem to be fullproof. - I WARN ANYONE TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF BIBBY FACTORS...

Beware of these at all costs. They are supposed to improve cash flow but do exactly the opposite. I was expecting approx £10,000 to be paid into my bank after they took our account on. We got £1700. They don't chase the debts very well at all. I have customers who always used to pay on time who now take over 90 days. Shocking poor service and today when we have tried to terminate our contract due to Bibby admitting that they are not working for our business they are taking £2000 out of our account as by way of a termination fee! This business is appalling dont be tempted to use them
