Dial Direct Insurance

I used Dial Direct for my motorcycle insurance, they were the cheapest but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY REALLY BAD. I tried to add a pillion passenger and that was no problem - except a £25 admin charge! Then they tried to increase my policy by adding law protection, payment proctection, breakdown cover - all of which doubled my cover. Well no thanks dial direct, i took all this cover off my policy, much to the annoyance of the customer service rep, who i guess has been trained to sell as much as possible to me.
