To whom it may concern, Can someone explain to me why it is that there are so few 'FUNCTIONING' FTB-ATMS in the Derry City area - n.b. Of the 3 sites which I use - i.e. Shipquay Street, The Strand Road, and 'Northside' shopping-centre, - the ATM at Northside seems to be 'gone' (!?!), and regarding the 2 ATMs at Shipquay Street, one is often/?always?
