I cannot access any benefits or "take full advantage of my cover". This is completely user -unfriendly and confusing. I have not been able to activate anything.

I agree with M Boyles - website is confusing how to log on & activate Garlikdatapatrol? I fear it is a con and it will be difficult to escape another year's subs
