I got a mortgage for an auction house that was in terrible state and was refused elsewhere back in 2007. They approved my mortgage within 12 hours without even checking my salary. Since then, despite my mortgage being on variable rate they never reduced the interest rates and I am still on 10%. Total rip off. Now that I need to move to a different lender they ask for 6% penalty to the initial amount that was not stated on the Terms and Conditions ! If you are desperate as I was and can't find another lender this might be your only choice but please look elsewhere first. Not recommended

after having a £150000 loan agreed, paid out over £1000 on fees, when I eventually got the paperwork to sign the fascility had shrunk to just £100000, no use to me whatsoever. I would not recomend this company to anybody at all.

very bad would not recomend to any 1 to come to this lender very dangerous

all i can say is if you are desperate for a mortgage like i was dont go through this and its parent companies. they just give you the worst deal and basically rip you off. when you have a problem you phone up and then they put the phone down on you please dont go with them.
