HONG KONG (Reuters) - Trading in shares of China's top offshore oil and gas producer CNOOC Ltd. was suspended in relation to an acquisition, a company source said on Monday. "We are waiting for the stock exchange to clear an announcement in relation to an overseas acquisition," a source told Reuters from Beijing.
