JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will seek a summit with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas if gunmen in the Gaza Strip release a captive Israeli soldier, Olmert's senior deputy said on Tuesday.
