LONDON (Reuters) - House price inflation rose to an annual rate of 4.5 percent in the three months to November, its highest in six months, the Halifax said on Friday. Compared with the previous month, house prices rose by 1.2 percent, the strongest increase in three months, and following a flat reading in October.
