LONDON (Reuters) - House prices jumped 1.1 percent in March, taking the annual increase to its highest in almost a year, a closely-watched report showed on Thursday, suggesting a housing recovery is firmly back on track. The average price of a home rose to 162,083 pounds in March, after zero growth in February, according to seasonally adjusted data from the Nationwide Building Society.
