LONDON (AFX) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned a preliminary 'AAA' rating to Programa C¿dulas TDA's A5 series fixed rate notes worth 1 bln eur, further issuance of A4 series notes worth 0.375 bln eur and A6 series worth 1.375 bln eur. 12 March 2007 I live with my partner and child in my partner's house. He has the mortgage - I am not on it at all. I have a flat with around £50,000 equity in it and a capital and repayment mortgage at 6%, paying £350 per month.
