LONDON (Reuters) - The FTSE 100 rose on Monday, rebounding from last week's 1 percent fall, with resurgent bid talk swirling through the market, but a trading statement from Lloyds TSB failed to inspire investors. Fine wines boost Majestic profits

Majestic Wine has reported a jump in annual profits, boosted by a strong rise in the sale of fine wines. The UK's biggest wine warehouse chain said its pre-tax profits rose 10% to £14.5m ($27m) for the year to 27 March. Majestic said sales of fine wines increased by 30% during the year, with demand for wines from Burgundy, Spain and South America particularly strong.
