THOMASVILLE, N.C. (AFX) - BNC Bancorp, parent company of Bank of North Carolina, on Friday declared a 10 percent stock dividend to all shareholders. The dividend is payable on Jan. 22 to shareholders on record as of Jan. 5. The dividend will increase the number of common shares by 9.8 percent to 6.7 million shares.
