PLANO, Texas (AP) - TGC Industries Inc., a provider of seismic data acquisition services, said Monday its board declared a 5 percent stock dividend. Shareholders of record as of April 13 will receive the stock dividend on April 27, and cash will be paid instead of fractional shares.
